Celebrities are admired everywhere for their beauty, which often seem to defy the passage of time (or at least, they seem to age with much more grace than ordinary people). And if genetics and a luxurious lifestyle facilitates this, there is a whole series of tips and beauty secrets that are within everyone's reach (according to some Hollywood stars).

In fact, from the most beautiful women in the world, a series of tips have been recommended, which you may want to try. Here are some of them:

Beauty products in the fridge and ... freezer!

Most already know, but it is always worth remembering that many beauty products - especially face creams and eye treatments -  have delicate formulations and are susceptible to changes in temperature (especially extreme heat). These products benefit a lot from refrigeration. And in fact, there are many mini-refrigerators designed specifically for storing skincare products.

But some go even further. In fact, Chrissy Teigen says she keeps her eye cream in the freezer. "Feeling it frozen up against your skin makes a difference. It wakes you up right away, and sometimes I have to get up very early."

Immerse your face into iced water

It's a practice called  the Ice Dunk, and Kate Hudson is a proponent. It involves filling a large basin with water and ice cubes and soaking your face in it. Doing it a few times a week gives one a brighter complexion.

There are also those who combine makeup with ... more makeup! This is a Japanese beauty hack known as "Jasmu" and has been praised by Bella Hadid. She applies foundation, then a film of translucent powder and then dips her face into the ice water. Finally, she gently dabs her face to dry it, and the foundation looks perfect for hours.

They come from the Far East but are the basis of the skincare of all those who care about their appearance. There are those who apply one every day, but it is sufficient to use one once or twice a week, to hydrate and fight the signs of aging ... There is something for every need, and for all budgets.

Natural oils

Essential oils are actually contained in a myriad of products we purchase, and have been part of traditional beauty recipes for centuries. Many celebrities have their favorites: it seems Priyanka Chopra likes rosehip oil for her lip scrubs; Kristen Bell likes olive oil for her skin; and Cate Blanchett likes bergamot oil for her body scrub.

They must always be added to other products, often carrier oils, creams or scrubs, and never used neat on the skin. Find out which ones are best suited for you!

Exfoliating is part of a beauty ritual that knows no age. Dead skin cells must periodically be removed for healthier, softer and more radiant skin. So there are plenty of scrubs which can be prepared at home, containing salt, sugar or coffee grounds, mixed with juices, oils and more!

Apple vinegar

There are conflicting opinions on using apple vinegar for skincare. It's one of Scarlett Johansson's favorite choices, but there's always the needs of everyone's skin to consider.

Of course, the opinions that are found online are often very favorable: it combats rashes and restores the skin's pH. It can be mixed, for example, with a purifying clay mask!

Oil rinsing

This is a practice that also comes from the Far East, and consists in doing very long oral rinses using oils of vegetable origin, such as sesame or coconut oil, but also olive oil. You put a whole spoonful of the oil in your mouth, and rinse it around your mouth for at least 5 minutes, (10 minutes is recommended), and then spit out. Do this every day. The benefits have been proven to work!

Which of these tips have you already tried?
