Having thick and defined eyebrows is a source of pride for many, especially in light of the beauty trends in recent years that greatly emphasize this facial feature. Not everyone, however, can boast of well-sculpted and full eyebrows, so makeup is often used to remedy this problem. And recently, more and more people rely on lamination to achieve the eyebrow look of their dreams.
However, it is also possible to improve the appearance of the eyebrows by resorting to natural treatments, aimed at stimulating growth so as to make them thicker and more beautiful. We describe some of these below:

- Aloe vera gel: thanks to aloin, this plant also helps hair growth, so it is also useful for eyebrows. If you have an aloe vera plant at home, take a leaf and extract some gel, massaging it directly on the eyebrows until it is absorbed. You can use the rest of the leaf for several days - and not only on the eyebrows, but also on your skin.
- Castor oil: this oil contains antioxidants, proteins and ricinoleic acid which assist in eyebrow growth. Dip a cotton ball or pad into the oil and rub it on your eyelashes and eyebrows and massage in for 5 minutes before going to sleep, then rinse off the next morning. If you don't want to keep the oil on your brows, let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Fresh milk: (cow) milk is rich in proteins, vitamin D and calcium, which strengthens the hair and nourishes the follicles. Again, you can massage a few drops of fresh milk into your eyebrows and leave it on overnight before rinsing off the next morning. You can also do the same with jojoba oil or a little olive oil mixed with a teaspoon of honey.

- Coconut oil: this too should be massaged in in small quantities for a few minutes and kept on for the whole night. It is recommended to repeat this process every day for several weeks, or even a few months. Always pay attention to any intolerances or allergic reactions.
- Onions: Onions contain a lot of sulfur, which is another substance that promotes eyebrow growth. You just need to extract the juice of an onion and then gently massage the liquid onto the eyebrows, and wait an hour or more before rinsing off.
- Egg yolk: the keratin in yolks really helps growth. You will need to beat an egg yolk until it reaches a creamy consistency and then apply it on the eyebrows. Leave on for an hour and then rinse off.
