A blackboard evokes images (or memories) of a traditional school, prominently positioned in front of the class and covered in chalked scribblings. So, how about having a blackboard at home? The good news is that this is possible: you just need to decide which surface to cover with blackboard paint!
There are off-the-shelf products you can buy, but in reality it is also easy to create blackboard paint at home: just mix a little paint (of any color, not just black!) with some chalk. It's as simple as that!
