Ironing clothes is one of those household chores that not everyone enjoys doing. In many cases, in fact, it can be a rather repetitive and boring operation to perform, especially if there are a lot of clothes and you don't have the time, desire or skill using an iron.

But ironing is important to keep our clothes in top condition. One advantage to ironing is that it allows us to perfume our clothes when we do so. In this article, we explain how to do this:

A well-ironed set of clothes is not only nice to look at, but is also more comfortable to wear and, generally, is more fragrant. That's right: during ironing, in addition to eliminating annoying and unsightly creases, it is possible to apply perfume, which will be released when we put on the clothes. And to do this, there is no need to use expensive and polluting chemicals.

Along with commercially available iron perfumes, you can also make your own. Here's how:

How to make a perfume for the iron:

You just need to use 250 ml water and mix 6 drops of an essential oil into it. There are many oils to chose from - use your favorite.

All you need to do is put this mixture in a spray bottle, spray lightly on the garments, then iron them. The perfume will be embedded in the clothes by the steam as you iron them.

Are you ready to give this a try?
