Is alternative fashion for the brave? 12 photographs here say yes
Clothing is not only useful functionally, but is also a way to express one's personality and tastes. Clothes, shoes, accessories and hairstyles are the vehicles which many people use to express their "inner-most souls".
And if some fashion designs can have us gaping in amazement, we should be sensitive to those who have "unconventional" fashion tastes. There are many ways to express individuality and certainly, fashion is one of them.
For this reason, wearing unconventional garments is for the courageous: after all, it takes nerve and courage to buck "acceptable" trends. We must find the courage to say "no" to stereotypes and choose attire that we are comfortable with - even if it attracts stares!
