Amongst the most popular decorations put up during the Easter holidays, are Easter-themed wreaths. Wreaths never go out of fashion, can be customised and are very easy to make (which might explain their popularity).

So, with the arrival of Easter, there are many who would like to put up an Easter-themed wreath or two - and on the front door in particular. Of course, nothing prevents you from using wreaths in other parts of the house, such as above shelves, in windows, or on walls. Check out some suggestions listed below:

Lots of colored eggs: maybe always using real ones, painted in a thousand possible ways, is challenging... alternatively, you can cover the plastic or polystyrene eggs with crepe paper or other types of paper, even fabric!

By using lots of branches to create the round framework of the wreath, you can make it wider and deeper at the base, so that it can hold a nest filled with eggs!

Then there are many ways to use the decorations - including colored eggs - like embellishing only one side of the wreath.

For those who like a more natural and graceful style, flexible branches that still have some green fronds attached are an option to keep in mind.

At Eastertime, bunnies can be seen everywhere... and so, their beloved carrots cannot be missing. And using carrots - even artificial ones - you can make some fantastic wreaths.

We often see eggs at the center of Easter decorations, so how can we not have a few chicks as well (which are symbolic of new life)?

Woollen pompom wreaths are easy for anyone to make. Creating these cute, fluffy wreaths will be a very quick project.

And what if the wreath was made with wooden beads threaded on metal wire? You could even add pointy ears, resembling a bunny.

And if you want to use colorful flowers - perhaps artificial or dried ones so they last - you can create many different shapes with them!

And why not mirror a rainbow in the colors you use in a flower-filled wreath!

When you use real branches, lichens, flowers or even moss, you get a wreath that is naturalistic, beautiful to look at and can be used throughout springtime!

And you could even put mini terracotta pots (with flowers) into your Easter wreath!

Happy Easter everyone!
