During the Easter holidays, the urge to decorate our homes returns and we spend more time preparing the table, even allowing ourselves to use centerpieces. At Easter, it is nice to celebrate the coming of spring with decorations that reflect the season: eggs, chicks, bunnies and flowering branches are must-have icons for Easter decorations.

So, why not take advantage of free time you may have to make our own decorations? Below, we list 10 amazing projects for creating stunning Easter table centerpieces that will leave your guests speechless in wonder.

1. Floral carpet

Making a colorful carpet of flowers is a simple and very quick way to celebrate the awakening of nature in spring and the spirit of the Easter holidays. You can use a piece of synthetic grass or create this decoration with a tuft of real grass. Adorn it with fresh or paper flowers, colored eggs, little chicks, bunnies or chocolates. The effect will be stunning.

2. Centerpiece with candles

Candles are perfect for table decorations on any occasion. At Easter, you can use egg-shaped candles surrounded by flowers, or create more elaborate centerpieces by surrounding simple candles with bunnies or chicks or even by placing a candle in a nest of eggs.

3. The Easter Bunny

A simple piece of faux grass will be sufficient to highlight an Easter bunny who is bringing Easter gifts directly to the table. Here too, you can use rabbits in ceramic or other materials or by making them yourself with fabric or papier-mâché. Or perhaps even with origami? Add colored eggs or chocolates, flowers or carrots to finish the overall look.

4. Easter branches

If simplicity is your thing, take a flowering branch, place it in a vase or jug and decorate it with colored eggs.

5. Stand with a nest

Making a nest on a stand is an original method for preparing a truly fabulous centerpiece. Dry branches, leaves, flowers and eggs, but also little chicks will immediately make the atmosphere more festive and, thanks to being elevated, your composition will immediately get noticed.

6. Alternative Easter tree

Instead of the classic tree made from branches why not make an egg tree? Get a cardboard or styrofoam conical stand (or make your own with card) and cover it with painted eggs or eggs made from styrofoam, plastic, paper, thread or fabric. There is no limit to the possibilities.

7. A triumph of yellow and green

You can also choose to create a monochromatic composition by letting yourself be inspired by the flowers in your garden. How about, for example, a carpet of grass with candles, eggs and green and yellow flowers?

8. Bouquet of eggs

Recycle an old bucket or vase, jug or glass bottle and insert a bouquet of eggs. You can choose your favorites by making them with polystyrene, plastic, paper mache, wire or by painting empty shells. The effect will certainly be very cheerful and super colourful.

9. Decorated wooden bases

A circular, wooden base, some string and some bunnies or chicks or carrots or a few small eggs will be enough for a really impressive decoration. You can also add candles or lights to enhance the look in the evenings.
