Wait before throwing these items away: they can still come in handy in many ways
How many times do we find objects that haven't been used for a long time or are broken, and are just collecting dust and using up space? In these cases we always have a choice: to get rid of them in some way, or to restore/recycle them. In the second case, depending on their condition, we can consider transforming these old objects into something new, beautiful and useful.
Even a pair of threadbare socks can, in fact, can prove useful in multiple ways. Below you will find ideas for 8 objects that are perhaps worth recycling:
Old socks
A little rice and the microwave: using these items, you can transform a sock into a soft heating bag, simply by filling it with rice, closing the top and then heating it in the microwave at medium-high power for 45 seconds. It helps to relax the muscles, or relieve stomach aches.
If you use long socks - or sew several together to make a tube - and stuff them with old rags, blankets, or better yet pillow stuffing, you can make a draft excluder. And otherwise you can use socks (especially the softer ones) to dust various objects, like Venetian blinds.
Plastic spoons

There are a thousand projects to recycle plastic spoons (disposable utensils that are now disappearing from kitchens around the world in favor of greener options). If you have a few packs left at home, you might consider using them to create lamps and chandeliers with an attractive design!
Old books
Old books are major dust-catchers and take up a lot of room. If you don't mind cutting them up, old books can become useful again.
For example, one idea might be to turn them into secret, hidey-hole boxes, hidden among the other books on a shelf. And there is no shortage of online ideas to make shelves out of old books!
Cups and mugs
Over time it is inevitable that tea or breakfast cup services end up getting chipped or cracked (or the handles fall off!). Why not make flower pots out of them for slow-growing succulents? They would be great gift ideas!
And then they can also become pocket emptiers, kitchen and office organizers or even bird feeders in the garden!
Tires

If you need a comfortable seat or footrest - which has internal storage room - then don't throw away your old tires. It doesn't matter if they are worn out or cracked, as long as they are still in one piece. You can cover any damage with a cladding. And they will be robust furnishings suitable for outdoor use as well.
Ladders

Using ladders to furnish a home is a recent trend. Even small ladders can become shelves to display objects, or to fill with books, or to keep use as support surfaces in the bathroom. They could even be converted into rustic nightstands!
Shirts

Does one of your shirts have a frayed collar and/or cuffs? You don't need to be an expert to transform it into an original pillowcase.
Picture frames
Picture frames can be restored, but smaller, cheaper ones tend to be thrown away... but we can turn them into jewerly holders or key holders, for example.
