Changing the duvet cover made easy using the "burrito" method
Using a duvet and duvet cover is a practical and satisfying alternative to the classic bedspread with a sheet underneath. In addition to being handy due to the fact that duvet covers can be washed more often and easily, they can also change the look of our bedrooms. However, there is a down side.
It can be difficult to put the duvet into the duvet cover by yourself. But thanks to the method we are about to describe, this task will become very quick and easy, even pleasant at times. Read on to find out more:

Sharing her knowledge on Instagram, is @sara_home_organizer, a successful home tips content maker. She posted a video recently demonstrating what has been dubbed the "burrito method". It is, in fact, a particular method for inserting the duvet into the duvet cover, which can be really simple and fast. The steps are shown in the video:
- Lay the duvet cover flat on the bed with the opening facing the foot of the bed, and the side that should be outwards facing inwards;
- Spread the duvet over the cover, matching the corners;
- Starting at the head end of the bed, begin rolling up the cover and duvet into a "sausage";
- At the end, take the end of the side that was turned inside out and cover the sausage, as you would with a cap;
- Put your hand inside the gap that has been created, grab the duvet and pull it out, unrolling it until you have it laid out on the bed again.
- At this point, the duvet is ready to be arranged as you usually do when making the bed.
