Bottles of oil will never slip from your hands again if you use this simple tip
Bottles of oil are certainly very beautiful to look at and are much more suitable for the conservation of their contents. There are those who prefer them, by far, to using a cruet. This is true for connoisseurs, who are particularly careful about the preservation of the oil itself.
However, using the oil directly from a bottle can be a problem. The bottle gets oily easily and becomes difficult to grasp without the risk of it slipping from your hands and breaking. Not to mention the annoyance of getting oil on your hands or clothes. This usually happens especially near the top of the bottle, around the neck. That's where, more often than not, the oil can drip as you pour it out.
So is there a solution for this problem? Of course, the answer is yes. It is a very simple technique and we describe it below:
@twinshomemeg, TikTokker twins, provide this ingeneous tip. To do it, you only need some disposable cotton disks and a pair of scissors.
Once you have everything you need, you just need to fold the disk in half and make a cut in the middle of it with the scissors, so that, when you reopen it, you have a central hole. Widen it with your hands, to the same diameter as the neck of the bottle. At this point, you can slip the disc onto the neck itself. The disk, in this position, will ensure that any oil drips are absorbed. And this will prevent the rest of the bottle from getting oily.
Of course, you can easily change the disk when it becomes soaked in oil. You can see this tip demonstrated by watching the video here.
We are sure it will work for you!
