Perfuming the house: a simple way to do this in a room using just a cloth
Having a perfumed home is one of the greatest pleasures of domestic life. There are many options available: spray perfumers, candles, essential oils, stick perfumers, bars of soap, etc. The choice of method can be made on the basis of one's preferences, but also on the characteristics of the room to be perfumed: ie. the perfume needs to be suited to the season.
If in spring, you perfume the environment simply with a bouquet of fresh flowers, in winter you can take advantage of turning on the radiators to perfume a room; the most common method is that of the diffuser, which also allows you to keep the humidity levels constant. But there is an even simpler method, which allows you to perfume the environment with a cloth. On TikTok there are many tips on this topic, including the video tutorial we describe below:

@twinshomemeg is the TikTok channel run by twin girls, Maina and Giada, and their share interesting tips and tricks for home care. In one of these tutorials, they explain a simple and quick method to perfume the rooms of the house with a simple, microfibre cloth.
The method is so simple that you'll be surprised you didn't think of it yourself. To do this, you just need to moisten a microfiber cloth and wring it well so that it does not drip water. At this point, add a few drops of your preferred scented fabric softener. Rub the cloth well in order to spread the fabric softener over its entire surface.
Place the cloth on a working radiator and, in an instant, the room will be filled with the delicious scent of your fabric softener. Using this method, you can perfume the entire house, with the possibility of having a different scent in each room. If you prefer a more natural choice, you can replace the softener with drops of essential oil mixed with a teaspoon of bicarbonate (dissolved in a little water); alternatively, you can mix the essential oil with liquid Marseille soap.
