Always have an elegant and tidy laundry room by using wall organizers
In our homes - especially if built recently - the space dedicated to the laundry is always very small: very small closets to house the appliance, cramped corners in the bathroom, or sometimes just a sink cabinet. For this reason, it often becomes difficult to organize spaces so that they are as functional and tidy as possible (and without giving up on elegance).
There is always a solution to logistical problems at home and in this case, it is very simple: just resort to using wall organizers. Whether it's an entire , a closet, a corner of your bathroom or a small nook in the kitchen, your laundry area can become a place to do what you need to comfortably. Let's check out some ideas for inspiration:
1. Column wardrobe
If your space is really limited, you can use a tall cabinet with baskets to hold everything you need. Behind a door or in an otherwise unused corner, this wardrobe will allow you to divide your laundry and store detergents, stain removers and the iron in an orderly manner. Adding labels to each basket will help all family members keep the proper order!
2. Wall hooks
Even simple wall hooks on which to hang laundry bags can help reduce clutter without sacrificing beauty.
3. Coat rack
A simple coat rack can become a perfect place to store irons, brooms, dustpans and even dirty laundry bags.
4. Laundry cabinet
This laundry cabinet almost looks like a desk and is ideal for slightly more spacious laundries that don't want to give up their touch of class.
5. Shelves
If the space available, shelves are the perfect solution. Space-saving and stackable, shelving allows you to keep everything you need always close to hand, and without cluttering the floor.
6. Ironing shelf
And for the iron and the ironing board, why not create a DIY shelf?
7. Metal shelving and baskets
Two metal guides are enough to organize your wall space as you see fit: hang boxes, baskets, or rails with hooks to rearrange everything you need.
8. Wall-mounted lockers
If you don't like your laundry products to be exposed to the air and visible, then you can equip the wall above the washing machine with wall-mounted cabinets.
9. Equipped wall
A pegboard with hooks is sufficient for perfect organization. You can hang laundry bags on this board but also small shelves and baskets for detergents and/or use hooks to hang brooms, dustpans and ironing boards.
10. Pedestals
Why not take advantage of the space underneath the washing machine itself? Install your washing machine on top of a pedestal, it will be more convenient to load and unload the machine and you will be able to use the space underneath as you see fit: plastic baskets, cabinets, drawers with pull-out shelves... you may even have space left over to hide the cat's litter box!
