TikTokker @kyvolhometips shows us how to do this in a video. @kyvolhometips is a famous content creator and expert in home organization tips and tricks. The video in question is short and clear. It illustrates, briefly, how to fold up a tracksuit in a few, easy steps:

  • Place the top on a flat surface and place the trousers vertically in the center of the top.
  • Fold the trousers up at the knee so that the lower part is folded over the upper part.
  • At this point, fold the sweatshirt placing the two outer flaps and the sleeves on the inside (like you would normally do for any shirt).
  • Now you should have the legs folded up inside the shirt.
  • All you have to do now is to roll up the shirt, starting from the base and until you can insert the bundle into the hood.
  • Now you will have a small, square bundle to place wherever you want.

The technique of placing the trousers inside the shirt is one used by professionals in factories and shops to fold up tracksuits, pajamas and suits of all kinds. The hood that holds everything is a nice, extra touch that comes in handy when looking for more space.
