This clever technique can be summarized in the following manner:
- Remove the filters from the hood, taking care to do this gently and correctly to avoid causing any damage.
- Once removed, move the panels to the sink along with 3 or 4 dishwasher capsules.
- Fill the sink with boiling water until the filters and capsules are completely immersed. The latter, by dissolving, will create the foamy solution that will remove the dirt.
- Leave the panels to soak for about an hour.
- Afterwards, rinse off with plenty of warm, running water and then dry.
- The dirt, at this point, will be completely removed and each filter can be put back in place. Take care to do this with the same delicacy you used when you removed them.
