Magic eraser: 3 good reasons to always have one ready for use
We all have our favorite tools to take care of various household chores. On the market, there are an infinite number of accessories and products designed for all eventualities. Then there are also traditional tools that come in handy for a myriad of different tasks, and which we usually always have at home. Among these tools is the so-called magic gum/magic eraser - a kind of melamine resin foam sponge that is great for cleaning chores around the home.
Online, there are many tips for taking advantage of this gum, and below, we list three that come from a TikTokker.

The important thing to remember is to wet the gum and squeeze it out well before each use.
Here are the cases in which you could use a magic eraser:
- To remove marks and streaks from rubber on the uppers of sneakers or other shoes. If you have boots, sneakers or any other pair of shoes with a white or light rubber sole, which is visible on the sides - or if they are shoes with rubber-coated heels and toes - erase marks and scuffs with the magic eraser. It is fast and easy.
- The eraser is useful in erasing even those tea/coffee stains that form in cups and mugs. Use the magic eraser on them and you will see a marked difference.
- Have you removed labels from jars, ceramics, or various other containers and can't get rid of the remaining adhesive? The magic eraser can solve this problem too.
