For a shower that is always in perfect condition, use a common kitchen accessory
As much as we like to enter a clean and fragrant home - and even better when it comes to the bathroom - it is undeniable that all the time and effort put into cleaning is significant. Notwithstanding this are a series of tips that can help us maintain an acceptable level of general cleanliness in our homes.
One of the key areas in the bathroom that, if neglected for too long, become difficult to clean, is the shower cubicle. Using just water alone - especially if it is hard - will always leave limescale streaks. And if we also consider the splashes of soap, shampoo and various creams that are used during a shower, it is always necessary to wash the shower cubicle regularly.
If, however, during your weekly cleaning routine, you want to avoid having to get into the shower and wash all the glass properly, you can do this by taking a shower yourself!
As the cleaning professional, Vanesa Amaro, suggests in her TikTok video (you can see it here), you just need to equip yourself with a single accessory - which is actually designed for the kitchen - but which is also very useful in the shower cubicle.
It is one of those dishwashing brushes that have a handle which can be filled with detergent. Choose a model that has a long and ergonomic handle. As soon as you have one (it is best to get one exclusively for the bathroom), fill the handle first with dishwashing liquid (you will not need much) and then top off with alcohol vinegar (but you could also use hydrogen peroxide).
Once done, place for your fully loaded, ready-to-use brush in the shower. Then, once a week, maybe when you're waiting for a hair conditioner to do its job, use the "down time" to vigorously scrub down the showercubicle. Once done, you just need to rinse the shower (and yourself!) thoroughly (and perhaps also use a squeegee to remove drops of water from the glass).
Of course, you can fill the brush with any product you like for cleaning these surfaces. Have you ever heard of this tip?
