Curls and heat-free wavy hair: discover a simple method for a stunning ook

Soft and wavy hair, with silky curls that rest on the shoulders, or gracefully frame the face and sways with every movement: this is a look that many like, and that it is difficult to achieve without resorting to some special styling. We all know that to shape hair in the desired way, you must always use some heat tool (be it the hairdryer, hot brushes, or a straightener), and maybe also some products to protect the hair from the heat.

Even when we use protective products, however, hair is stressed and damaged by the heat - especially if these styling methods are used often. Consequently, an alternative method can be considered which will allow you to style your hair without having to resort to using heat.

These specific hairstying accessories have gone crazy online, where many beauty bloggers show how they use them and the incredible results they seem to get. It is a sort of malleable band or tube, which is positioned on the head like very long circles, with the "tails" falling to the sides. To style curls, you need to take strands of hair and wrap them around these accessories (heatless curlers). The trick seems to be to wrap each different strand in the opposite direction to the one next to it.

As shown by TikToker @elissakincade, to prevent the heatless curlers from moving while wrapping the hair along the entire "tube", you can use a hair clip placed on the top of your head. You can see here how this woman applies these heatless curlers (this is one of the names under which they are found in shops, together with "Silk Hair Curler Heatless", "Heatless Curlers Headband", "Heatless Curls"), and here are results she gets.

What happens after applying these curlers to your hair? In fact, as expected, there are various ways in which they are treated. There are those who put them into their still-wet hair. The heatless curlers produce curls that are splendid, but do not last very long.

The most common advice, therefore, is to dry the hair well, then apply the curlers and spray a little water on them. Some spray a little water on the strands just before wrapping them around the heatless curlers.

Have you ever used these heatless curlers?
