However large a home may be, sooner or later, you can run out of space. And if it is already a small house , you need to sharpen your skills to make the most of the available space to reestablish order and comfort.

A well-organized home, in fact, is more liveable. A home without unnecessary clutter that causes inconvenience to move from one area to another, is the ideal. Here are some furnishing ideas that are always useful in this regard:

It's nice to have light fittings that descend from the ceiling to a worktop. But sometimes, there are wall units above the worktop (especially if the kitchen isn't large). In this case, it is better to install spotlights under the wall units themselves.

In the kitchen, in the closets, in the pantry ... deep, pull-out drawers are a great convenience to reach any object without effort. They can also be built using DIY techniques!

For bathroom or kitchen furniture units, you can insert thinner pull-out compartments (basically, very useful vertical shelves). In the bathroom, it is useful, for example, to have them mounted near the mirror.

In the kitchen, they can store brooms and other cleaning tools.

Another option are additions at the end of a row of furniture units, where there is still space before a threshold or a window. They can be simple, shallow shelves ...

Or slim cabinets that match the rest of the furniture.

In the attic, the best way to exploit the space in the lower corner is to close it up with custom-made cabinets.

And even in this case, pull-out drawers are very useful.

Where there is a niche, filling it with shelves is very useful, even at an entrance. And if a empty area of a wall remains, you can fill it by creating a niche with plasterboard: everything will seem tailor-made.

The narrow, "inside-the-wall" shelves come in handy wherever there is a free wall - above the tub in the bathroom, for example.

When you need to furnish using thin / narrow tables, in any environment, it could be nice to do it using "halved" furniture.

Dutch doors: these are divided in half, and instead of a single leaf, there are two that can remain closed (or open) together or independently. They are useful, for example, in the children's room, because they allow you to see the kids without having to get up. Or create a small barrier to rooms that you don't want your dog to venture into.

These are very useful ideas, don't you think?
