Insane or brilliant?: be amazed by these bizarre designs
Often, when looking at a project or a structure, we ask ourselves how it was possible to build such a thing. There are, in fact, creations that were born as high-brow "works of art", but turn out to be abject failures and are ultimately labelled as being ugly or worthless objects.
The web is full of photos of these types of failures. And when the observer finds themselves looking at these objects, the only question that crosses their mind is: why?
Toilets with a view
One of the most bizarre designs you can find while browsing the internet are privacy-free bathroom stalls, complete with a window. Perhaps their ultimate goal is to encourage socialization, but we believe that while being used, dialogue with another is the last thing that wil be on one's mind.
Ramp leading to stairs
The world is full of architectural obstacles that prevent people with disabilities from easily reaching certain locations. So why build a wheelchair ramp that leads directly to a flight of stairs?
The cupboard that will never be filled
When the workers assembled this cupboard, they made a small miscalculation: now, it will probably remain empty forever.
Tetris parking lot
Here's a very "special" car park. Maybe the engineer or architect who designed it is a lover of Tetris? If someone decides to park in the front row, they have to hope nobody parks behind them, if they want to get out.
Bench with blocked view
What could be better than watching the ocean while sitting on a bench at sunset. Too bad that in this case, you will only see the patterns on the glass panels that block the view.
Flush button
Here, insanity seems to border on genius. How many times in a public bathroom or in a hotel have we discovered that the flush mechanism is dirty! In this case, the problems has been solved by installing it in the floor.
Shower with hole in the glass
It frequently happens that we get out of the shower and leave the tap running. In this hotel, they have found a solution. There is no need to get back into the shower and get wet again turning the taps off: just insert your hand through the hole in the glass door and turn off the knobs.
Hot dog eating a hot dog
Maybe this ad isn't the best way to entice customers to eat a hot dog.
Paper towel dispenser
Placing the paper towel dispenser on top of a waste bin is perhaps not the best idea, especially if you can't grab the towels without putting your hand into the bin.
Book knife block
Clearly, the primary function of books is not to be knife holders, but this could still be a workable solution, no?
What are the weirdest objects you've ever seen?
