Finding a new use for objects that seemed destined for garbage, and getting something completely new and with an attractive design, is the great satisfaction that the right recycling projects can give one. Among the materials that come to mind most often in this area are pallets, which really always prove to be among the most versatile of objects. But with a little imagination, even other so-called unusable items can be converted into something else, and become truly fascinating furnishing details.

Check out the ideas below to find some inspiration:

A pallet can give life to a coffee table with a modern look and can be much more sophisticated than one might think: the popping color helps, and then maybe you can use the structure as a support. Finish it off with wooden slats with rounded edges and a glass shelf above that makes everything look much more cared for.

The front of pallets, or in any case, the pallets cut down to a third or a half, and then stacked together, can give life to an original and captivating TV cabinet.

A chest of drawers to which colored pallets (as a single layer) are added to the "background" is a very nice idea for setting up a small buffet or dessert table.

More pallets to replicate the most modern design models, even in the case of a dining table.

An old wooden ironing board, with its unmistakable shape, becomes a panel to be fixed to the wall and equipped with hooks for many different uses, such as a bottle holder to have your wine cellar at your fingertips.

With the some round brackets, the same idea can be used for a bathroom towel holder.

Considering how narrow and long they are, ironing boards naturally make great shelves for a table to use in the hallway.
